Individual emission rights allocation

The Ministry has published the following documents in its web site which have to be completed in order to obtain emission rights for 2008-2012:

- An application form
- An individual questionnaire by activity

The forms must be submitted to the appropriate Environmental Office by December 30, 2006.

When completing the individual questionnaire and the application form that will be used to determine the emission value assigned, it is important to follow the guidelines set by the Climate Change Office. You may also include a technical description of your facilities in which you specify the calculations made and any other information that will serve to justify your emission request.
